Mia was found on the street, in a parking lot.
Once she was with us, we checked for a microchip and found she had an owner.
She stayed with us for nearly 48 hours, just sitting in her cage and staring blankly into space.
Diana went to look up the owner*s address.
Yes, they had a female dog, and yes, they had lost her, but they didn*t want her back.
Diana asked them to sign a statement confirming they no longer wanted her.
"Oh we*ll sign, but you have to take these two as well they*re Mia*s babies.
" They arrived with two tiny bundles.
"Okay," Diana said, and took them.
Back home, she reunited them with their mother.
Everything changed! Mia climbed down from her cage; they were kissing, rejoicing, and barking together! A family was reunited.
Mia is now spayed.
The two girls are four months old and have successfully completed their vaccination schedule.
Now, a new chapter begins: the chance to be adopted.
Mia was born in June 2025; she stands 30 cm tall and weighs around 6 kg.
She is a dream of a mother, friendly, loving, and happy.
Raising puppies is the hardest, most challenging part, both for the dog-mother and for us.
Now, we hope for a happy ending to the story: loving and responsible families.
